Yes. This allows your coach to adjust and amend your program based on your progress and feedback, giving you the best chances of achieving your goals. This also gives you the ability to cancel at any time (refer to ‘How do I cancel’ for more information).

We recommend that you have access to a commercial gym to maximize the results of your training. A commercial gym ensures you have access to the right equipment and weights as you progress through your program.

Canceling is easy, simply message your coach via the TrueCoach messaging feature. All we ask is for 2 weeks notice.

Yes, your program is tailored to you and your goal. Your coach will guide you through every step to give you the best chances for success.

First, make sure you have a MyFitnessPal account. Keep those login details handy, as you’ll need them soon!

From here, you’ll need to login to your TrueCoach account via web browser.

Then, navigate to your account page to see your Nutrition tab. From there, click “Connect MyFitnessPal” at the top of your screen.

Payments are charged in Australian Dollars.

Payments are taken on a fortnightly basis.

This service allows for a more in-depth analysis of your progress, enabling you to work collaboratively with your coach to identify areas for improvement and celebrate your achievements.
